Description
Take a piece of Vietnam home with you by learning to cook it yourself. This four-hour class starts at a local market, where your guide helps you pick out fresh ingredients and explains the herbs and produce that define Vietnamese cooking.
Back at the restaurant you are welcomed with a drink, meet the chef and get a hands-on introduction to traditional dishes. You cook alongside the chef, then sit down to enjoy the meal you have just prepared, and leave with a certificate to mark the day.
